TUCSON, AZ (March 2005) --- The Greater Arizona eLearning Association (GAZEL), which helps promotes the growth of the Arizona eLearning industry and the adoption of eLearning in business, education, government, and community development.increase employee retention and productivity while improving employee work-life balance, announced that Dr. Margaret (Maggie) Martinez has joined the Board of Directors.
Martinez brings more than 20 years of industry experience to the post, currently serving as the CEO of The Training Place, a leading provider of personalized e-learning and performance improvement solutions to Fortune 1000 companies. Martinez is a respected authority on personalized learning methodologies and strategies, and is considered an expert in the area of learning orientation research – the study of how people learn differently.
